Holly Jackson - Model/Prop Maker

This boat came to me from someone looking to get it restored for display in memory of the previous owner. There wasn't much of a spec on this piece, so i had a lot of creative leeway when restoring it. I stripped back all the previous layers of paint and decided to leave some of the original wood showing. i used cellulose paint to paint the rest and incorporated the original owners initials on to the side of the boat. The masts i had to completely remake as they were broken beyond saving. The final picture is how the piece came to me.
